Mom's Patterns are Changing Further

It’s been well over a month since my last post. I’m officially supposed to deploy once a month to keep my free account active with my PAAS provider Gigalixir. I’m guessing I didn’t get the last monthly email alert from Gigalixir because my inbox was full. Too much going on. Looks like I’m still able to deploy. Thank you!

Mom’s been eating more slowly and refusing her meds and veggies more often. She needs to have twice as much yogurt with her meds now. I’ve read that dementia changes taste. She finds most veggies too tough. I used to have dinner with her after work. This week, I’m going to see if ordering delivery for her earlier in the day will make things easier, since I need to get home at a decent hour during the work week. I’ll try to see if she’ll eat on her own and when I get there, I’ll try to convince her to take her meds if she hasn’t done so already, and brush her teeth.

I was surprised to see a couple of egrets in North Point today. The promenade was quite busy.
